Original thatched red cloth with titles stamped boldly in dark green to cover and spine. At spine a shield outlines "Author of Tom Swift Books." Binding sound and contents clean. Top edge stain is green, slightly faded. Just mild silverfish predation to the sizing of the cloth along the lower and front edge of the cover board. Cloth just a little crimped at spine ends; verysmall pin sized puncture to cloth mid-spine. At rear is a 4 page catalog of Sturdy, Swift, X Bar X and Hardy titles. Sturdy list has only 12 titles. Pictorial endsheets by Falk. Solid clean copy. VG- ... Removable heavy 4 mil mylar cover newly applied.
