Just trace shelf wear to spine ends. From the library of Lieut. J. O. Fisher, a 1902 graduate of Annapolis and member of the Bureau of Steam Engineering. Apparently he was on board the U. S. S. Dolphin at the time that he acquired this book. Fisher later took command of the submarine K-6 when it was launched in 1914. In WWI he took the sub on patrol in the Azore Islands, seeking out U-boats and surface raiders. Glossy pages feature 82 B&W illustrations. Appears generally unread. Notable prior ownership.
