The original pictorial dust jacket survives in the front and rear panels and flaps but lacking the whole of the spine panel. Cloth rubbed and worn at spine ends and a little less so at corners. Paper label at spine a little soiled and toned. Prior owner's engraved bookplate mounted to front pastedown. Dust jacket rubbed at edges with a few shallow chips at edges; surface of rear panel has several archivally mended, long closed tears with only minimal loss to the printed contents of the publisher's catalog advertisement. Laid in at rear is a 2nd or replacement/binding paper title label identical to the spine label. Early - 2nd printing with dust jacket missing spine panel. Early copies in jacket are uncommon. VG-/Fair
