Stone lithographs; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 39 pages; Circa 1920. Hesperos-Verlag, Munchen. Limited edition; #32 of 500 copies produced. Manuscript signature in pencil by the illustrator Rabus to 9 of the 10 tissue guarded lithographs. He has also signed the limitation colophon on the terminal leaf of the book. Bound in cream parchment over boards with pictorial emblem in gilt to cover and double fillet borders in gilt. Black morocco leather title label lettered in gilt has a tiny chip at the edge. A single tissue guard to the 7th plate is missing; all others present. 9 of 10 plates are hand signed. Boards yawn just a trifle at the front edge. Superficial bumping at front corners. Prior owner name and address stamp to the verso of the front endpage. VG to VG+; Signed by Author
